The ideal candidate must hold relevant Level 4 qualifications like Dip CII or CISI, with previous experience providing holistic financial advice. You should have worked in roles such as Wealth Adviser, Independent Financial Advisor, or Financial Planning Manager. Strong skills in relationship management, financial analysis, and product knowledge across HSBC and external partner offerings are essential.
