Job description
HSBC is seeking a Wealth Manager to support high-value premier customers by providing comprehensive financial advice, conducting in-depth financial reviews, and delivering tailored wealth management solutions. The ideal candidate will be a people-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a growth mindset, looking to build meaningful client relationships and contribute to HSBC's wealth management business.
As a Wealth Manager, you will manage a portfolio of high-value premier customers, acting as a trusted financial advisor who provides holistic financial guidance. Your primary responsibilities include supporting customers through key life events such as investment planning, home savings, retirement strategies, and family financial protection. You will conduct comprehensive financial reviews to identify individual customer needs and develop personalized wealth management strategies.
The role requires holding relevant Level 4 qualifications (Dip CII, CISI or equivalent) and meeting current Statement of Professional Standing requirements. Candidates should have previous experience providing holistic financial advice across various products and services, preferably with a background as a Wealth Adviser, Independent Financial Advisor, or Financial Planning Manager. Experience in retail banking, relationship management, and front-office environments is crucial.
