Develop and maintain active sales plans targeting prospective clients, utilizing comprehensive sales processes and analytics to drive effective strategies. Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and facilitating introductions across different areas of the Investec group.
Requires strong commercial banking knowledge, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to understand complex client needs. Must demonstrate regulatory understanding, commercial acumen, and proficiency in influencing and closing sales. Proven experience in business development, networking, and relationship building is essential.
