Job description
A senior role in the commercial team at IQ-EQ's Luxembourg office, responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships in the alternative investment management industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in client management, business development, and driving revenue growth across a diverse portfolio of clients.
As a Client Relationship Director, the primary responsibilities include attracting, retaining, and growing strategic Tier-1 and 2 clients, executing client strategies, and ensuring productive and profitable outcomes for the business through comprehensive account management and strategic relationship development.
The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in alternative investment management, with at least 8-10 years of experience in commercial roles. Key requirements include deep understanding of investment products, particularly Private Equity and Venture Capital, excellent leadership skills, ability to handle cross-border commercial pitches, and proficiency in managing complex client relationships across international environments.
