IQ-EQ is seeking a Company Secretary to manage a diverse portfolio of asset management and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will handle legal, company secretarial, and administrative duties, providing comprehensive board meeting support and maintaining strong client relationships in a dynamic professional services environment.
As a Company Secretary, you will independently manage a diverse portfolio of asset management and corporate clients, handling general legal, company secretarial, and administrative duties. Primary responsibilities include board meeting support services, attending meetings, liaising with company directors, and proactively developing strong client relationships across different teams and jurisdictions.
The role requires a professional with at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in corporate services, possessing a degree in Law or Business, and a professional qualification such as ICSA. Candidates must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, minute-taking abilities, attention to detail, and in-depth knowledge of company law and Central Bank of Ireland requirements for regulated funds.
