Job description
IQ-EQ is seeking a Corporate Officer to support day-to-day administrative and legal formalities in a professional services environment. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in corporate secretarial work within a multinational context.
Primary responsibilities include assisting with administrative and legal tasks such as organizing board and shareholder meetings, drafting legal documents, executing corporate transactions, managing client files, and ensuring regulatory compliance across various corporate structures.
The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of corporate secretarial experience, with a background in corporate law, economics, or finance. Strong knowledge of Luxembourg company law, financial vehicles, and proficiency in English and French are essential, along with advanced document management and administrative skills.
