IQ-EQ is seeking a highly organized Fund Corporate Officer with expertise in corporate law to manage complex client portfolios. The ideal candidate will coordinate administrative and legal formalities for regulated and unregulated entities, ensuring compliance and delivering customer-centric solutions.
As a Fund Corporate Officer, your primary responsibilities will include coordinating day-to-day administrative and legal formalities for diverse client portfolios, managing queries related to account opening, acquisitions, board resolutions, official publications, and corporate filings. You will be responsible for leading board and shareholders meetings, reviewing documentation, and maintaining robust client files to safeguard against potential risks.
The role requires candidates with 2-4 years of experience in Corporate, Company, or Fiscal law, with a strong background in handling corporate legal processes. You must possess advanced knowledge of annual reporting laws, experience with acquisitions, board resolutions, incorporation, and liquidation processes. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software like SAP is essential, with knowledge of Luxembourg company law being a significant advantage.
