Job description
This role involves coordinating administrative and legal formalities for complex client portfolios in corporate and fund environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate law and be responsible for managing various legal and administrative tasks across regulated and unregulated entities.
The primary responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day administrative and legal formalities for diverse client portfolios, including regulated and unregulated real estate and corporate entities such as funds, trusts, and companies. The role requires managing complex administrative tasks like account opening, acquisitions, board resolutions, official publications, filing, notarial and private deeds, and corporate lifecycle management.
The ideal candidate must possess a strong legal background, preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience in corporate law. Essential skills include detailed knowledge of Luxembourg company law, proficiency in MS Office and relevant software like SAP, and expertise in handling corporate transactions such as participation acquisitions, board resolutions, company incorporation and liquidation, and annual reporting.
