Job description
A senior level role in client services administration requiring comprehensive management of a complex client portfolio. The position involves driving operational excellence, managing client relationships, and supporting team performance in a fiduciary business environment.

Required experience encompasses a CGI or STEP Diploma qualification, minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience, thorough understanding of trust company business laws, fiduciary duties, and industry best practices. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical skills, proficiency with IT applications, and an ability to work collaboratively under pressure.
