Job description
IQ-EQ is seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive revenue growth and develop strategic commercial plans across key market segments. The role involves leading sales efforts, building client relationships, and achieving aggressive business targets within the financial services industry.
Primary responsibilities include delivering cluster commercial plans, driving new business sales volumes, developing strategic growth strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships across Private Wealth, Funds & Institutional, and Debt & Capital Markets segments.
The ideal candidate will have extensive financial services experience, demonstrating proven ability to exceed sales targets, negotiate complex deals, and articulate product value propositions. Minimum requirements include 10 years of industry experience, demonstrated sales leadership, and expertise in consultative selling approaches.
