Job description
Isio is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relationship Support Assistant to support their pensions administration service line. The role involves providing administrative support, managing client communications, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across their Client Relationship Team.
The primary responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact for client inquiries, preparing and distributing client reports and documentation, coordinating client meetings, supporting new business pitches, and maintaining accurate client records while ensuring seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience in pensions administration or client-facing roles, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are crucial for success in this role.
