The primary responsibilities include calculating member benefits, producing reports and communications, providing first-line call support, processing member and scheme events, managing client service level agreements, and participating in administration-specific projects and reports.
Candidates are required to be in full-time university study, on track to achieve a 2.1 degree, available for full-time work from July 2025 to June 2026.
