Isio is seeking an experienced Senior Manager for their Employer Covenant Advisory team. The role involves assessing financial strength of pension scheme sponsors, advising on covenant changes, and providing strategic insights for complex pension and corporate transactions. An ideal candidate will have strong financial analysis skills and extensive experience in covenant and restructuring advisory.

Primary responsibilities include building and managing a portfolio of pension trustee advisory clients, leading employer covenant assessments, managing project teams, analyzing corporate transactions' impact on pension schemes, advising on covenant mitigation strategies, and supporting corporate sponsors in negotiations with pension trustees.

Required experience includes being a qualified ACA/CA/ACCA accountant with at least 7 years post-qualification experience, extensive employer covenant and transaction/restructuring advisory expertise, strong commercial awareness, proven ability in financial analysis, insolvency analysis, preparing outcome statements, and demonstrated skills in client relationship management.
