Job description
Isio is seeking an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join their team in Bristol. The role involves managing a portfolio of pension scheme clients, processing member events, ensuring compliance, and providing high-quality administrative services with a focus on creating better outcomes for clients and members.
Primary responsibilities include managing day-to-day activities for a portfolio of pension scheme clients, processing member events within deadlines, ensuring compliance with scheme rules and legislation, and maintaining high standards of service delivery in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pensions administration, particularly with Defined Benefit schemes. Key requirements include technical competence in pension administration, excellent time management skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to peer review work, mentor team members, and attend client/trustee meetings.
