Primary responsibilities include designing and constructing highly technical office spaces including trading floors, data centers, and colocation facilities, collaborating with internal departments and external vendors to execute Jane Street's architectural vision and optimize workspace functionality.
Required experience includes 5+ years of design experience in mission-critical facilities, professional training in electrical/mechanical/building services engineering, extensive knowledge of MEP disciplines, vendor management skills, and proficiency with design and project management software like AutoCAD, REVIT, and MS Project.
