Required experience includes in-depth knowledge of commercial real estate transactions, strong understanding of real estate market trends and legal terminology, exceptional organizational skills, superior problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software platforms. A surveying degree is preferred, with emphasis on understanding complex transactional processes and financial analysis.
