JLL is seeking an experienced Corporate Controller for their Workplace Management business line to manage controllership functions in Egypt, Oman, and Lebanon. The role involves comprehensive financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial management across multiple countries, requiring strong accounting expertise and international business acumen.
The primary responsibilities include managing monthly and year-end financial close processes, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, working with shared service centers and client teams, reviewing financial entries, performing invoice and payment approvals, and preparing statutory reports while maintaining compliance with corporate policies and regulations.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, excellent Excel skills, strong interpersonal abilities, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and the capability to work independently in an international environment. Audit experience is preferred, and fluency in English with additional EMEA languages being advantageous.
