Primary responsibilities include managing communication with site leadership teams, serving as the primary point of contact for Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), coordinating with client stakeholders, managing procurement of goods and services, conducting regular site inspections, overseeing vendor management for daily office cleaning, and ensuring proper maintenance of building systems like HVAC and BMS.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Facilities Management or customer experience roles within large commercial organizations. Strong skills in facilities contract management, supplier coordination, EU facility legislation knowledge, and quality assurance are essential. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory, and the role requires willingness to travel to client sites monthly.
