As a TDD/ESG Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping clients make sound investment decisions by assessing building conditions, technical installations, providing CAPEX cost estimates, and offering strategic advice for acquisition or disposal of assets. You will prepare technical reports, conduct condition surveys, maintenance plans, and due diligence assessments.
The ideal candidate should have minimum two years of experience in the property sector, with expertise in TEDD projects, sustainable development, maintenance planning, and project management. Strong proficiency in English and Swedish is required, along with experience in building certification systems like BREEAM and Miljöbyggnad, and familiarity with EPC improvement assessments.
