Job description
A senior facilities management role responsible for managing all aspects of facilities services for JLL's clients. The role requires overseeing service delivery, managing teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and representing JLL in the local and regional business community.
The primary responsibilities involve managing the strategic vision and execution of facility services across a regional portfolio. This includes establishing and managing service delivery teams, ensuring high-performance operations, delivering key initiatives, and maintaining consistent processes and systems that meet contractual obligations.
Required experience includes deep expertise in facilities management, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to guide multifunctional teams. Candidates must be fluent in English, demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, and have a proven track record of managing complex facility service contracts and teams.
