Job description
JLL is seeking a detail-oriented Workplace Coordinator for their Integrated Facilities Management team in Berlin. The role involves supporting workspace operations, managing administrative tasks, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth facility management across multiple aspects of workplace services.
Primary responsibilities involve assisting the Workspace Manager with operational activities including accounting, finance, maintenance, vendor oversight, and purchasing. The coordinator will manage daily building operations, conduct site inspections, and ensure all office services operate at expected standards.
Required experience includes working in facilities management, property management, or hospitality, with strong skills in multitasking, problem-solving, and communication. Proficiency in computer programs like Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential, along with an interest in technology and facilities management.
