As a Project Manager, you will be directly responsible for preparing and presenting project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and steering group updates. You will manage project resources by developing, motivating, coaching, and advising team members while partnering closely with functional project teams and business stakeholders to define comprehensive business requirements.
The ideal candidate should have a Project Management Certification with at least 3 years of experience, strong expertise in delivering technology and business application solutions in large-scale, multi-platform environments. Specific knowledge of the commercial property sector, preferably from Property Management or Real Estate Asset Management backgrounds is crucial. Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar real estate systems like MRI is highly advantageous.
