Job description
Project Manager role within Tétris, a JLL subsidiary, responsible for comprehensive project management in construction and interior design. The ideal candidate will manage complex office and hotel renovation projects, ensuring high-quality standards and supporting company objectives across the EMEA region.
Primary responsibilities include providing technical assistance to commercial teams, conducting technical property site visits, collaborating with design and study teams on architectural and installation projects, managing project quality standards, and overseeing material and finishing quality in construction projects.
Required experience includes a university degree in Architecture or Technical Engineering, approximately 5 years of experience in similar office sector roles, proficiency in Office suite, Presto, MS-Project, AutoCAD, and Revit, and a high level of English language skills. Candidates should demonstrate autonomy, proactivity, teamwork capabilities, organizational skills, and commitment.
