Job description
JLL is seeking an experienced Account Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing and procurement activities for Integrated Facilities Management services. The ideal candidate will manage procurement processes, deliver cost savings, and drive supplier relationships across client accounts in the EMEA region.
This role is primarily responsible for comprehensive strategic sourcing and procurement management, including leading procurement teams, managing supplier relationships, developing sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with organizational procurement protocols across various client accounts.
The candidate must possess 5-10 years of professional experience, with strong analytical and commercial skills, excellent negotiation abilities, professional certifications like CIPS or CPM, and deep understanding of Integrated Facilities Management service environments. Candidates should demonstrate outstanding client relationship management, strategic thinking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
