Primary responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative support to the team, involving calendar management, travel coordination, expense tracking, project coordination, maintaining communication channels, managing internal and external communications, creating and updating project documentation, processing C2B requests, updating CRM systems, responding to performance reports, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Required experience includes native-level French, good English (B2 minimum), high school diploma or equivalent with administrative certifications, proven administrative experience in fast-paced environments, excellent organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, exceptional communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and strong problem-solving abilities.
