Candidates must have a high school diploma, preferably with business certifications, and prior experience as an administrative assistant. Essential skills include fluent French (C1/C2), good English (B2+), excellent organization and time management, precision, attention to detail, MS Office proficiency, strong interpersonal communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
