Primary responsibilities include attending and completing preventive maintenance and reactive works, installing and retrofitting air conditioning systems, performing fault finding and troubleshooting on HVAC systems, producing quotations for service visits, and working on diverse systems like Splits, VRFS, AHUs, DX systems, and Central Plant.
The role requires C&G 2079 Cat1 certification, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, F-Gas certification, strong mechanical and electrical background, experience in similar roles, knowledge of building fabric, and ability to carry out basic fabric reactive repairs. Candidates must have a sound understanding of health and safety obligations and be prepared to work out of hours.
