Primary responsibilities include reviewing invoices for accuracy, updating lease databases with current costs, tracking critical lease dates, resolving payment-related queries with landlords/suppliers, conducting financial reporting and analysis, and processing rent payments.
Required experience includes at least 1 year in finance/accounting, excellent English language skills, proficiency in another European language (Portuguese and/or French), strong MS Office skills (especially Excel), and demonstrated analytical and numerical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
