Primary responsibilities include supervising a maintenance team, conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), performing reactive repairs on electrical systems, coordinating with subcontractors, responding to emergency call-outs, diagnosing electrical faults, and maintaining high engineering standards across heating, ventilation, lighting, and distribution systems.
Required experience includes City & Guilds Electrical Installation certification (Parts 1 and 2), 18th Edition IEE Registration, electrical apprenticeship in building maintenance, demonstrated experience in maintenance supervision, electrical installation work, fault diagnosis, and electrical testing and inspection.
