Primary responsibilities include managing car fleet services, handling driver communications, resolving escalations, coordinating car orders and reallocations, processing financial transactions, managing vendor relationships, updating insurance databases, and ensuring compliance with lease accounting standards.
Required experience includes 3 years in customer service and administrative roles, preferably in car fleet management, proficiency in Microsoft O365, excellent Dutch and English communication skills, and ability to work in a multi-national environment. Strong organizational skills, proactive approach, and client relationship management capabilities are essential.
