Primary responsibilities include managing subcontractor works safely, conducting on-site audits, reviewing Risk and Method Statements (RAMS), ensuring contractor compliance, completing work packs, and maintaining site documentation and processes.
Required experience includes excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, understand and act on instructions, strong administrative capabilities, computer/IT skills, and the ability to work independently. Candidates should be confident in challenging processes and communicating across all organizational levels.
