Job description
JLL is seeking a dedicated Workplace Experience Ambassador to provide exceptional front-of-house services. The role involves managing visitor experiences, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring high standards of customer service in a professional corporate environment.
Primary responsibilities include taking complete ownership of internal and external visitor experiences, delivering comprehensive front-of-house services such as sign-in, badging, managing deliveries, and directing queries. The role requires proactively maintaining high standards of presentation across meeting and event spaces, including physical setup, monitoring room environments, and coordinating with internal teams.
Ideal candidates will have proven experience in reception, concierge, or hospitality, with excellent people skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse client staff. Strong PC literacy, attention to detail, and experience in high-profile corporate environments are essential. Candidates must demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
