Job description
JLL is seeking a detail-oriented Workplace Experience Ambassador for their Integrated Facility Management team in Munich. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional front-of-house services, managing visitor experiences, and maintaining high standards of professionalism in a corporate environment.
Primary responsibilities include managing internal and external visitor experiences, handling front-of-house services such as sign-ins, badging, and deliveries, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring seamless communication across various platforms.
Candidates must have prior experience in reception or hospitality, possess excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrate high attention to detail, and have proven ability to manage diverse administrative tasks in a professional corporate setting.
