JLL is seeking an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) Cost Manager in Madrid to manage capex, cost control, and financial management for data center projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with project teams, develop cost estimates, track expenses, and provide strategic financial insights to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
As a Cost Manager, your primary responsibilities will involve comprehensive project financial management, including developing detailed cost estimates, preparing Bill of Quantities, conducting market cost benchmarking, and identifying cost optimization opportunities across data center construction projects.
Required experience includes a Bachelor's degree in building engineering or quantity surveying, minimum 3 years of experience in consulting or general contracting, excellent knowledge of construction supply chain, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work in multi-cultural environments with exceptional English communication capabilities.
