JLL is seeking an experienced Cost Manager for their Manchester-based team within Project and Development Services (PDS). The ideal candidate will have recently achieved or be working towards MRICS status, with demonstrable experience in project consultancy and a strong technical background in construction and cost management.
Primary responsibilities include delivering pre and post-contract services, supporting feasibility cost estimates, contributing to detailed cost plans, assessing design proposals, and managing contract administration and cost reporting for real estate projects.
Required experience includes MRICS status or chartership journey, proven track record in delivering projects for occupier and investor clients, solid understanding of design standards and construction methodologies, excellent communication skills with clients, consultants, and contractors, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
