Primary responsibilities include defining project budgets, tracking financial evolution throughout project design and execution, participating in weekly design meetings, proposing optimization solutions, producing cost plans, and assisting project owners during tender processes for corporate real estate projects.
Required experience includes 5 years of professional experience with at least 2 years in fit-out cost management, strong English language skills, client presentation expertise, commercial pitching abilities, technical and financial optimization skills, and the ability to develop new work methodologies and tools.
