Primary responsibilities include maintaining and repairing electrical, fire life safety, and mechanical building services, implementing planned preventative maintenance (PPM), conducting reactive maintenance, handling help desk calls, monitoring building operational functions, and issuing work permits for specialist vendors.
Required experience includes an electrical or mechanical apprenticeship, comprehensive knowledge of business-critical assets like UPS, emergency power generation, air conditioning systems, HSE accredited training, and proven experience in electrical/mechanical commercial building asset management.
