Primary responsibilities include assisting with fabric maintenance tasks, completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM), performing equipment checks and inspections, interfacing with specialist sub-contractors, and adhering to quality assurance and health and safety procedures.
The ideal candidate must have experience in building fabric maintenance, demonstrate physical fitness, possess excellent task prioritization skills, work independently, and have the ability to remain calm under pressure. A minimum of GCSE passes in Maths and English are required.
