Primary responsibilities involve supporting desktop IT requirements, managing IT refresh projects, coordinating furniture changes, maintaining warranty trackers, providing porterage services for internal moves, and updating status of requests on Sharepoint and SAP systems.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of facilities experience, GCSE C Level or above in English & Maths, strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
