Job description
JLL is seeking a proactive Facilities Coordinator to support workplace experience for LSEG colleagues. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, managing facility-related inquiries, and ensuring a comfortable and efficient office environment through active engagement and problem-solving.
The primary responsibilities involve serving as the initial point of contact for all LSEG colleague inquiries, executing Ambassador services consistent with Service Level Agreements, conducting routine facility assessments, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. Responsibilities include managing colleague interactions, troubleshooting service issues, and maintaining a high-quality workplace experience.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a coordinator role within facilities, property management, or hospitality. Essential skills include proficiency in multitasking, strong communication, problem-solving abilities, computer literacy, and a service-focused approach. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in managing multiple projects, understanding facility management principles, and maintaining a professional demeanor.
