JLL's Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for comprehensive daily facility management, including performing building inspections, executing minor repairs and maintenance, managing workplace tickets through service desks, and ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety policies.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical background in facilities management, excellent problem-solving skills, proficiency in G-Suite tools, knowledge of building systems, and the ability to work independently. Required skills include carpentry, plumbing, painting, and custodial expertise, with a detail-oriented approach and strong time management capabilities.
