Primary responsibilities include managing hard services delivery, minimizing equipment downtime, ensuring regulatory compliance, resolving technical issues, promoting safety culture, tracking SLAs and KPIs, managing subcontractors and on-site teams, implementing best practices, and supporting short and long-term client projects.
Required experience includes a degree in Engineering, proven expertise in building services installations like HVAC and electrical systems, experience in maintaining engineering environments, managing facilities contracts, and demonstrating strategic thinking across multiple stakeholder groups and cultures.
