The manager will proactively engage stakeholders, serve as the on-site facilities key contact, and manage vendor relationships to maintain high service standards.
Required experience includes extensive facilities management background, strong people skills, knowledge of occupational safety requirements, PC literacy, and proven ability to manage daily activities across various systems. Candidates must demonstrate experience with continuous improvement initiatives, vendor management, and possess deep technical understanding of critical facility systems including HVAC, fire protection, mechanical and electrical systems, and building management systems.
