You will be the first point of contact for internal and external VIPs, requiring constant energy and professionalism.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of front-of-house experience in a corporate environment, 5-star hotel, members club, or flagship airline. Required skills include excellent communication, organizational abilities, computer literacy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate empathy, and maintain high standards of customer service.
