JLL is seeking a Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) Manager for their Tetris Netherlands team. The role involves providing strategic guidance and management of HSSE standards, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and driving continuous improvement in workplace safety across construction projects.
Primary responsibilities include regularly reviewing management systems, coordinating external audits, supporting project teams with HSSE documentation, investigating accidents and incidents, conducting subcontractor reviews, and developing comprehensive HSSE action plans to maintain the highest safety standards across projects.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction industry, preferably with office, retail, and hotel fit-out projects. Mandatory qualifications include MVK/HVK certification, First Aid Certificate, and VCA certificate. Candidates should possess strong auditing skills, ISO management system knowledge, and demonstrated ability to lead safety initiatives and influence organizational safety culture.
