Job description
JLL is seeking an experienced Occupancy Planning Lead to develop strategic space usage plans for business groups, reporting to the Global Occupancy Planning Lead. The role involves partnering with regional real estate teams to drive tactical and strategic planning, ensuring efficient portfolio management and workplace optimization.
Primary responsibilities include managing corporate-wide planning standards, conducting ad-hoc planning analyses, and serving as a team manager for occupancy planners. The role involves anticipating client group requests, assessing space options, and developing solutions that balance competing priorities while maintaining high-quality planning processes.
Candidates must have 8-15 years of corporate experience, preferably with an MBA, and demonstrated expertise in space/occupancy planning. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, CAFM tools, and data management are essential. The role requires strong strategic thinking, ability to translate macro-level scenarios into detailed plans, and maintain high standards of data accuracy and quality.
