Job description
This role supports the lease administration team in managing and processing lease-related documentation and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative processes within a real estate or professional services environment.
Primary responsibilities include processing lease documents, maintaining lease databases, tracking lease expiration dates, preparing lease abstracts, and supporting the lease administration team in daily administrative tasks ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, strong organizational and administrative capabilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced professional environment.
