Primary responsibilities include supporting the coordination of external contractors, preparing and maintaining performance trackers in Excel, communicating with internal stakeholders, and assisting the team with ongoing and ad-hoc tasks. This role requires a proactive and adaptable approach to lease administration processes.
Required experience includes very good English language skills, strong MS Office capabilities (especially Excel), analytical skills with a high orientation to detail, solution-oriented thinking, and excellent written and spoken communication abilities.
