Job description
JLL is seeking a Lease Administration Assistant to support their Lease Administration department in Warsaw, Poland. The role involves coordinating lease data management, supporting contractors, and maintaining performance trackers with a focus on detailed and analytical work.
Primary responsibilities include supporting the coordination of external contractors, preparing and maintaining performance trackers in Excel, communicating with internal stakeholders, and assisting the team with ongoing and ad-hoc tasks. This role requires a proactive and adaptable approach to lease administration processes.
Required experience includes very good English language skills, strong MS Office capabilities (especially Excel), analytical skills with a high orientation to detail, solution-oriented thinking, and excellent written and spoken communication abilities. Candidates should have a professional mindset and be capable of working in a dynamic environment.
