Independently lead execution of M&A transactions in renewable energy, managing day-to-day activities across solar, wind, hydrogen, and energy storage projects. Project manage complex transactions involving disposal and acquisition of renewable energy assets, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and drive strategic initiatives throughout the deal lifecycle.
Candidates must possess demonstrable experience in managing M&A transactions, developing complex financial models, and understanding the UK renewable energy market. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential. Requires ability to develop in-house financial models, conduct valuations, and provide strategic consulting across commercial and financial domains.
