Primary responsibilities include carrying out reactive maintenance repairs across various contracts, assessing and ordering parts, performing AC equipment works like compressor and fan replacements, clearing line blockages, replacing condensate pumps, fault finding electrical systems, repairing pipework, conducting pressure leak tests, and installing new split systems. The role involves completing preventive maintenance tasks such as annual servicing, filter and coil cleaning, FGAS leak checks, temperature testing, and functional equipment inspections.
Required experience includes extensive knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, VRV/VRF and split systems, fault finding on AC control systems, possessing NVQ 3 certificates in servicing, maintaining, installing, and commissioning air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Candidates must have C&G 2079 F GAS and ODS Regulations certification, a full UK driving license, and comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations.
